As for the prices for commercial units, the meter price starts from 40000 EGP, and these units are delivered unfinished, so that the client can finish his unit according to his desire and according to the nature of his activity.
As for the payment systems, the company that owns the project announced many alternatives to pay in order to facilitate the clients, as follows:
* The client pays a 10% down payment of the total unit price and the remaining amount is paid in installments for 6 years.
* The client pays a 15% down payment and the remaining amount is paid in equal installments for a period of 7 years.
* The client pays a 20% down payment and the remaining amount is paid in installments for 8 years.
* The client pays a 30% down payment and the remaining amount is paid in equal installments for a period of 9 years.
* The client pays a 35% down payment and the remaining amount is paid after receipt.
It is worth noting that all excavation and construction work has already begun on the project and work is continuing in full swing, and it has been agreed to hand over all its units within only 3 years of contracting, knowing that some commercial units have already been sold.
