The new administrative capital has advantages that are not found in the rest of Egypt’s cities and is represented in its combination of the technology of the first world countries while preserving the Egyptian assets. The new administrative capital is also characterized by a strategic location, as it is located on the borders of Badr City between the Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ain Sokhna roads, and it is located directly after New Cairo, Madinaty and Mostakbal City. As the location of the capital is one of its most important features, as it is 65 meters away from Ain Sokhna, Suez, and central Cairo areas, and the infrastructure of the new administrative capital has been taken into account and is characterized by high efficiency to facilitate living in it.

The new capital is also characterized by its picturesque nature and the presence of green spaces extending from the beginning of the capital to its end. It is called the Green River, with an area of 1000 acres and extending to 10 km, in the first phase only, and the first model was already built on an area of 7 acres.

The Egyptian Opera House, a number of theaters, cinemas, and Dar Al-Fonon will also be established, and they will witness a radical change in the architectural design of these facilities. The first integrated global medical city and an international center for conferences and exhibitions will be built in order to hold many international conferences there.
