Global Integrated Contracting & Roadworks, the parent company of Owagik Real Estate Development & Investment, was established in 2001 as an engineering management firm and a general contracting and construction company. This has provided it with extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.

After successfully executing major residential projects in prestigious areas and new cities, both for itself and for other clients, the company has established itself as one of the largest real estate development and investment firms in Egypt.

Head of Technical Sectors at Rocky Trading & Contracting in the fields of construction and roadworks, overseeing projects such as the expansion of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, multiple residential towers, and the road network in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Chairman of Global Integrated Contracting & Roadworks, with expertise in various fields including real estate investment and development, contracting, roadworks, and infrastructure networks.

Global was founded by a team of architects, construction experts, and top-tier real estate specialists. The partners bring extensive experience gained through working with prestigious international companies, including:

  • Petco Real Estate Investment, where the Suez Tower project was developed.
  • Rocky Trading & Contracting, specializing in construction and roadworks, including projects such as the expansion of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, multiple residential towers, and the road network in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Contracted with Al-Nasr Housing & Development for various projects across residential, commercial, and administrative sectors in the Mokattam area. Several towers were successfully developed in Al-Ma’araj and the Middle Plateau.
  • Contracted and collaborated with major government entities as a main contractor, executing multiple projects for the Ministry of Interior, including Security Directorates and Police Stations, since 2009.
  • Contracted with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) as a main contractor across all new cities in Egypt, executing numerous major projects, including Social Housing developments, such as:
